Warranty, Return & Shipping Policy

At Riorna, we aim to provide high-quality professional spa and beauty equipment with reliable customer support. Every machine purchased from Riorna comes with a 3-Year Warranty and a 30-Day Change of Mind Return Option, subject to the conditions listed below.

Our team works hard to make sure your order is shipped safely, delivered on time, and supported properly after purchase.

Shipping Information

Riorna ships beauty and spa equipment to customers worldwide, including the United States.

Delivery usually takes 3–15 days after purchase, depending on the machine model, shipping destination, and delivery service available for your location.

After your order is placed, a member of our team may contact you by email with helpful product guidance, educational video materials, or training information to help you use your machine correctly and confidently.

Return Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with Riorna. If you decide that the machine is not suitable for your needs, you may request a return under our 30-Day Change of Mind Return Option.

Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for the 30-Day Return Option

To qualify for a return:

  • The machine must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Machines that have already been used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Machines with custom logos or customized branding cannot be returned.
  • Consumable items such as gels, liquids, cartridges, and similar products are non-returnable.
  • Machines damaged due to manufacturing faults may be covered under the warranty policy.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • A 20% return fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.
  • The return fee must be paid by bank wire transfer before return instructions are provided.
  • Returns must be approved by the Riorna customer support team before the product is sent back.

Please do not return the machine to the address printed on the package. Our shipping warehouses do not process returns. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Order Cancellations

Riorna processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after placement.

If your order is canceled before payment is processed, you will receive a full refund.

If your payment has already been processed, transaction fees charged by payment providers such as credit card companies, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or installment providers are non-refundable. These fees may range from 2.9% to 7.9%, depending on the payment method.

In this case, your refund will be issued after deducting the applicable transaction fees.

Warranty Coverage

All Riorna professional spa machines include a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty may cover machine faults caused by production or internal component issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, water damage, or normal wear and tear.

If your machine develops a fault, please contact our support team with your order details, photos, videos, and a clear explanation of the issue. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps.
